BINSR Builders started with a problem both founders kept watching kill good deals: the BINSR repair scramble. A home goes under contract, the inspection comes back, and suddenly the seller has just five days to respond to a list that spans half a dozen trades — with no single contractor willing to quote all of it, fast.

Buyers' agents were chasing roofers, plumbers, electricians, and painters for separate estimates while the clock ran down.
